Volunteer With Us

Silverthorn Symphonic Winds would love your help! Maybe you know a community member or a high school student in need of volunteer hours?

You don’t need to be a musician to help out SSW. Here are some ways in which you, or someone you know, could volunteer with SSW at our concerts:

Concert Day Operations

​

• Staging:

  • help set-up and tear down chairs and percussion instruments pre and post-concert.

​

• Ticket Booth:

  • process transactions for attendees at the door and admit attendees into the concert hall. As well oversee any raffle tickets that are being run during set show.

​

• Ushers:​

  • Deliver programs to guests as well be a guide for guests for getting in/out and around the facilities if assistance needed.

​

• Merchandising:

  • oversee the selling of SSW merchandise at the concert.

​

• Marketing & Social Media:

  • ​help create and develop interest about upcoming concerts.
